Flymax Sound was founded by multi platinum sound engineer Pete Caigan in 2002. The company started as a recording studio in Woodstock, NY and quickly grew into a full service sound company specializing in acoustic design, engineering services, sound system design, live sound rentals and of course, Flymax Recording Studio.

Pete took care of all our sound system needs at Good Night. Designing and installing a great system that gives us perfect sound for our space. He listened to what we wanted and delivered to our expectations. He also helped us design a sound reduction system for the whole restaurant that not only works incredibly well but is not visible to our guests. When we opened Pearl Moon in January of 2020, all we knew is that we wanted to offer quality live music to our customers. We had a stage, but knew little to nothing about where to go from there. We hired Pete Caigan to design our stage setup for sound, sound baffling and lighting. Pete not only specified equipment that fit perfectly in our space, but a sound and lighting setup that has enhanced the quality of the live performances we have been proud to sponsor at Pearl Moon.
